The Instant Vortex Mini is a smaller, more compact version of the Instant Vortex air fryer – which, like other air fryers on the market, uses hot air to create crisp, crunchy foods. According to Instant, it cooks using around 95% less oil than deep frying. It retains the all-plastic design of the full-sized air fryer, but moves the control panel to the angled top of the machine, creating a sleeker finish.
